Raw Sushi & Grill

Raw Sushi & Grill serves sushi and a variety of skewers, steaks and other grilled dishes. The restaurant is known for its fusion-style dishes that combine traditional Japanese ingredients with contemporary culinary techniques. They serve a variety of sushi and sashimi, and one of their signature dishes is the crispy salmon, served with a kimchi salad.

You’ll find the restaurant in the district Vasastan, close to the metro stop S:t Eriksplan, tucked away at the corner right outside the Filadelfiakyrkan church. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with infrared heating for the cooler evenings.
